Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Gliyen LLC, the company responsible for developing and operating MultiBase Studio, and govern access to the website, account, APIs, desktop application, licenses, free and Premium features, updates, and support (together, the “Service”).

You accept these terms by creating an account, checking the acceptance box, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Service. If you do not agree, you must not use it. If you act for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that entity.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have capacity to enter into a contract. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits it or if your access was suspended for a serious violation and has not been restored.

• You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and use an email address you can access.
• You are responsible for protecting your password, sessions, license keys, and devices. You must not share credentials or allow third parties to bypass your plan limits.
• You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access, lost credentials, or misuse. We may terminate sessions or request additional verification to protect the account.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except where the law provides otherwise or the use results from a breach attributable to MultiBase Studio.

While you comply with these terms and your plan remains active, we grant you a limited, personal or internal-to-your-organization, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to download, install, and use MultiBase Studio on devices allowed by your plan.

The free version may impose limits on connections, features, or use. A Premium license enables the features and number of devices stated on the pricing page or during purchase; it may currently allow up to three devices. Activation does not transfer ownership of the software.

The Free plan does not expire and currently allows up to three active connections. When a Premium period ends without renewal, the application returns to Free: Premium features and connections above that limit become inactive, but locally stored connections, credentials, scripts, and settings are not deleted for that reason. Renewing Premium restores access subject to current compatibility and terms.

• You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, publish, or make the software or a license key available to third parties without written authorization.
• You may not bypass activations, device limits, access controls, technical limits, or security measures.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
• You may not modify the Service to create a derivative product, remove proprietary notices, or use it to develop or train a competing product through automated extraction.

MultiBase Studio is a tool that executes the actions you configure. You are responsible for obtaining authorization for every system, reviewing queries and changes before running them, limiting permissions, and maintaining verified backups. Operations may modify or delete data irreversibly.

Your connections run from your device to the services you configure. MultiBase Studio does not control the availability, accuracy, security, policies, or costs of those systems, networks, drivers, or providers.

• Do not use the Service to gain unauthorized access, compromise systems, distribute malware, interfere with networks, or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not send abusive, automated, or disproportionate requests to our APIs or attempt to test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, sanctions evasion, or processing data without a lawful basis.
• You must comply with the licenses, terms, and policies of databases, cloud providers, drivers, and other components you choose to use.

The features, limits, price, currency, duration, and billing model of each plan are shown before purchase confirmation. The price displayed at checkout controls over earlier references, except for an obvious error. We may change future prices, but will not apply a change retroactively to an already-paid period.

Prices may not include taxes, duties, or conversion fees required by your location or payment provider. You are responsible for them where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before activating a purchase and will offer you the choice to confirm the correct amount or cancel.

Payments are processed through PayPal or another provider identified at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the provider to charge the displayed amount and accept its terms. You must provide valid payment information and keep it current. MultiBase Studio receives transaction status and identifiers but does not store your full card number.

A purchase may remain pending until the provider confirms payment. If a charge is declined, reversed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, we may delay, suspend, or revoke the associated license after reviewing the matter.

If you choose a subscription, it will renew automatically for the displayed period and the provider will charge the saved payment method until you cancel. The next billing date and amount are shown in your account or PayPal when available.

If a free trial is offered, its duration and conditions will be shown before it begins. Unless otherwise stated, when the trial ends the subscription becomes paid and the disclosed amount is charged unless you cancel before expiration. A trial may be limited to one per person, account, or payment method.

You may cancel a subscription through controls available in your account, through PayPal, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but ordinarily does not refund charges already processed, and access may continue until the paid period ends.

Refund requests are evaluated under applicable law, information shown during purchase, product type, and case circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits withdrawal, warranty, or refund rights that cannot legally be excluded. To request review, write to support@gliyen.com and include the account email and transaction identifier, without sending full card details.

We may release fixes, security patches, improvements, or new versions. Some updates may be required to maintain security, compatibility, licensing, or access. You are responsible for installing updates and verifying compatibility with your environment before using them in production.

We may add, modify, or remove features when reasonably necessary for security, legal requirements, technology, demand, or third-party dependencies. If a change materially reduces a current paid Service, we will provide notice or a remedy required by applicable law.

The Service may interoperate with PayPal, Google, GitHub, database engines, cloud services, SDKs, drivers, and open-source projects. Those components are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts, outages, or changes outside our reasonable control.

Applicable open-source component licenses control over these terms solely for those components. Nothing here restricts rights granted to you by an open-source license.

MultiBase Studio and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, documentation, trademarks, and materials, except for rights expressly granted. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.

If you submit suggestions or feedback, you authorize us to use them without restriction or payment obligation, provided we do not publicly identify confidential material or personal data as yours without permission.

Processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with data protection laws and confidentiality obligations applicable to information you access or manage through the application.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure. Uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel a subscription. Before closing the account, you should cancel renewals and retain any information you need.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, there is a security or fraud risk, the law requires it, a due payment is not received, or the Service ceases operation. Where reasonable, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to cure the breach. We may act immediately for urgent risk, abuse, illegality, or threats to third parties.

Upon termination, the license to use ends and you may lose access to Premium features. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including outstanding payments, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution—remain in effect.

We work to provide a secure and functional Service, but, to the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every system, preservation of local data, or that every query will produce the expected result.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot validly be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiBase Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, opportunities, data, reputation, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the Service, external systems, queries, configurations, or lack of backups.

Where the law permits limiting total liability, it will not exceed the amount you paid MultiBase Studio for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, breaches that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

If you use the Service for a business, you agree to defend and indemnify MultiBase Studio against third-party claims arising from unauthorized access you permit, unlawful use, rights infringement, or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. This obligation does not cover acts attributable to MultiBase Studio.

Before starting a formal claim, we invite you to contact us so we can try to resolve it in good faith. These terms will be interpreted under the law applicable to the Service provider, without depriving you of mandatory protections arising from your residence or your right to contact competent authorities or courts.

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or business changes. We will publish the revised date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you must stop using the Service and cancel any renewal. Changes do not affect accrued rights or already-paid periods where prohibited by law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without prior authorization; MultiBase Studio may assign it in a reorganization or transfer of the Service while respecting your rights.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and specific information shown during a purchase form the agreement applicable to the Service and replace prior communications on the same subject.
